Good afternoon today I want to do a deployment of 2 Nexus 7000 chassis and connect using OTV, so my question is something that is timely:
Do I need 2 supervisor cards in each chassis mounted of the switches to be supported OTV?

No, you don't need dual SUP to support OTV. However, if you have 1 N7K on each site, dual SUP will give you redundancy incase of SUP failure or ISSU.
In order to deploy OTV, you need transport license for both N7Ks.
