Is REP supported on a 4500X VSS ?

It is probably the wording that throws me off... feature parity.. English is not my native language, and when trying to understand it I feel the heading with "key feature not supported" collides with "maintains feature parity".

So, is it so that I can not run REP on a 4500X VSS ?
