Is there a problem if that the mac-address-table has four similar MAC (6c3b.6b51.f9c4) in different vlan?

Absolutely not.
It's ok since the mac is in different vlan.

this text below show in cisco log that they comes  from different problem.

1w3d: %SW_MATM-4-MACFLAP_NOTIF: Host 0027.2211.275a in vlan 400 is flapping between port Fa0/2 and port Fa0/14
1w3d: %SW_MATM-4-MACFLAP_NOTIF: Host 6872.511a.005c in vlan 400 is flapping between port Fa0/14 and port Fa0/10
1w3d: %SW_MATM-4-MACFLAP_NOTIF: Host 802a.a8a2.235c in vlan 400 is flapping between port Fa0/14 and port Fa0/10
1w3d: %SW_MATM-4-MACFLAP_NOTIF: Host ec08.6ba4.2b7b in vlan 400 is flapping between port Fa0/14 and port Fa0/20
1w3d: %SW_MATM-4-MACFLAP_NOTIF: Host 6872.511a.cc92 in vlan 400 is flapping between port Fa0/14 and port Fa0/10

Hi, this warning tipically happens if there is a loop in your network.
Investigate for a loop.
What is connected in f0/14 port?
