ISA-3000-2C2F mounted with GLC-LH-SMDs will work?

Hi, I am trouble-shooting with ISA-3000-2C2F.

I could not have the link enabled and switched patch cords and SFPs, but could not have yet.

Am wondering if there is a default config on the SFP port, and want to know how to enable it.

From CLI and ASDM, could not enable it, 'Media-type SFP' with error message of 'invalid input'.

Hi,

If the port is a fiber port, you don't need any command to enable it. Make sure your patch cord matches the SFP, meaning if your SFP is mulimode, you need a multimode fiber patch; if the SFP is single-mode, you need a single-mode fiber patch. Also, make sure the speed between your devices is the same and you are not connecting a gig to 100MB or a 10gig port.
