Hi, I have one asr 9000 router, it says: isis[1006]: %ROUTING-ISIS-5-ADJCHANGE : Adjacency to XYZ is Bunder ethernet 300 L2 down,

Reason: Control timer expired

Looks like some power failure on the peering device which has torn down the clns connection

As Paul mentioned it could be a power problem, can you execute show isis neighbor and show version on both devices?
