ISL Trunking on Cat 6509

My customer is currently using Hybrid IOS on their SUP2 and they are thinking of upgrading to Native IOS c6sup22-pk2o3sv-mz.121-27b.E4.bin.

What my customer wants to know is that their existing data network currently has a lot of Cisco 3548 which are currently onfigured as ISL trunks. Will this Native IOS image supports ISL trunking??
