ISR 4331 Advise

Hi,

I have a new ISR 4331 but am not able to ping the IP through the console. What could be the problem and how can i rectify.

We really do not have enough information to be able to identify your problem. My first guess about why you can not ping is that the interface is not correctly configured. My second guess is that the interface may not be in the up/up state. Can you start by posting the output of show ip interface brief and perhaps posting the router running config.
