Morning !!
We have installed a new Catalyst 9200 topology with a CSSM for license validation. All Firewall rules and configuration has been checked and DNS resolve works fine (following ts guide).
Here is configuration applied :
call-home
! If contact email address in call-home is configured as sch-smart-licensing@cisco.com
! the email address configured in Cisco Smart License Portal will be used as contact email address to send SCH notifications.
contact-email-addr sch-smart-licensing@cisco.com
no http secure server-identity-check
profile "CiscoTAC-1"
destination transport-method http
no destination transport-method email
profile "NEW"
reporting smart-licensing-data
destination transport-method http
destination address http https://x.x.x.x:8443/Transportgateway/services/DeviceRequestHandler
no device-tracking logging theft
We think the configuration on switch side is correct, but we aren´t sure about CSMM. CSMM is synchronized correctly with Cisco virtual account. Token is already update.
Could you help us
Thank you very much in advanced,
Best Regards

Hi Leo,
Thank you very much for your response. We cannot deploy this method. We think that we are wrong with http port used in the configuration. Let´s go to change 8443 port to 443 or 80 and try again.
Do you suspect it is the issue?
Again, thank you very much !!

My link states that Cisco Smart Licensing (CSL) has "moved" to a new method, starting with 17.3.2. This means appliances no longer have to reach out and contact the "mother ship".
NOTE: 17.3.4 could be released as early as July 2021.
