Hello Guys,am having some challenges on my network, I have two(2) service providers who provides me MPLS Layer 3 data links to my headoffice, one of these providers serves as backup for me and i have 5 branches connecting to the Head office from different locations, when my main link goes of at a particular branch,i do a manual fail-over or route to the backup link. I have realised that for sometime now, anytime i move traffic from the backup to the service providers PE the link times out and disconnect though,am able to ping the backup WAN IP,ie the service providers PE and even telnet into my router at the branch through my CE. ie(my WAN IP) Kindly help since this the process i have been using for a long time without any issue.
NOTE: Please can anyone help me with a popular cisco chart room where i can interact directly with other guys.
Thanks.

Hi,
could you maybe provide a layout and the relevant configuration for this setup?
I don't fully understand what you're doing and what exactly the problem is.
Regards,
Markus

Hell Markus,
I have updated with my head office configuration and one other branch for your assessment.
Please is there any popular cisco chart site that you can help me with?
Thanks for your quick responds.
Eben.
