I supplied the C6509 2EA to our customer site. but Some problem has occured
first of all, In my opinion. the spefific slot of chassis has got problem to operate the module. but the module in that slot is no problem on other slot.
So I think that There is problem on that slot.so It's chassis problem definitely.
I wonder that Is there a technical command to find the problem that chasssis?
Is there no way without just changing module?
I would like to know the command to find the h/w chassis problem as show command and other.
thank you in advance

Try the command "sh module".
What module are you trying to insert into the chassis? By default, some modules (like the FWSM and WiSM) have power DISABLED. Once the module has been firmly secured to the chassis, you need to enable the power to that particular slot with the command "power enable module
Hope this helps.

thank a lot..
But your answer is not for me.
the most thing what I want to know is the troubleshooting command to diagsnotic the C6509 chassis.
When I secured to the chassis the module firmly, the module is trying booting and then power down, I enter 'power enable module
So the most thing I wound like to know is that any other command to test the chassis.

Have you tried "sh module"? How about "sh log"?
