Hi Karen,

Is the config register 0x2102?

Can you post "sh ver"?

Hi Karen, This is because of NVRAM corruption/exception at rommon.

please contact Cisco TAC for RMA

To recover from Rommon,

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps700/products_tech_note09186a008015bfa1.shtml

Thanks for the link Osamah,

I've followed the steps in the document, but again there is a problem. When i'm trying to download the boot loader from slot0: to bootflash: there is a message

%Download failed

I don't know what is the reason.

Hi Karen, please provide us with the output of "rommon 1 >dir bootflash:" and "Rommon 2 >set "

any hardware/software changes before the issue?

Before the problem I've tryed to make boot loader upgrade to make 64Mb flash card readable. Now there is a boot loader on the RP bootflash, and nothing on the SP bootflash. I want to know how can i copy the ios c6sup22 from my computer to the SP bootflash? The outputs are
