Hi Guys
when you have L2 Trunk betwen two 6500 with 4 Link Bundle, what is the ether-channel load Balance Algorithm to be used in order to send traffic over the 4 Links bundle , coz prtg shows only one link passing traffic while no traffic in other 3 links
thanks

Hi,
If you take a look at the link that Reza posted you'll see that it is written that default is src-dst IP and you can verify with
the command show etherchannel load-balance.
For all links to be used it will depend upon traffic pattern and load-balancing algorithm but with the traffic pattern you have it may be impossible to use all links.
Regards.

For a 4 link port channel the lowest 2 order bits are used (in the MAC, IP or port) with an XOR function.
Based on the result the switch will use
00 1st link
01 2nd link
10 3rd link
11 4th link
