Hi,
Can we configured Layer 2 switch as a dhcp server and L3 switch as a gateway, i made a lab in cpt but i am not getting IP from DHCP server
NOTE---> if i configure L3 switch as a DHCP it is working

Yes, it will work. This switch in PacketTracer will accept the commands for dhcp. You need to create an interface vlan on the "Layer2" switch.
I did a test with router as a gateway but you can use multilayer switch as well

Hello @Sharanjeet_Kumar ,
looking at your topology, I would say that you don't need the DHCP server running on the Layer 2 switch (2960). Like @MHM Cisco World mentioned - you cannot run a DHCP server on a layer 2 device.
In your topology, you have a trunk configured between the L2 switch and the L3 switch (3560) and your VLAN's terminate an the L3 switch seeing that you have SVI's for VLAN2 and VLAN3 configured, so it's logical to configure your DHCP server on the L3 switch.
