Is this real equipment or XRv or XRv9000?

Hello Pel,
can you provide also a network diagram to understand how the L2 VPN CE the PE nodes and the P nodes are interconnected ?
in this way you can get better help.
For the moment I can see only one strange thing:
device named
PE_R3
has loop address 3.3.3.3
why under l2vpn are you attempting to build a pseudowire to 3.3.3.3 on the same node?
Also the commands
rewrite ingress tag pop 1 symmetric
under each L2 access interface may be removed if both CE are using dot1q 100 encapsulation.
Hope to help
Giuseppe

There are two flavors of virtual XR routers, XRv and XRv9000 where the latter has a much more complete forwarding plane.
You have in GNS3 the XRv.
XRv is meant for low-throughput labs while XRv9000 has a much higher performing forwarding plane that can be used for forwarding of production traffic.
Unfortunately in XRv you can configure L2 VPN and review the Control Plane is UP with 'show' commands but the actual traffic forwarding does not work.

I unfortunately do not have it, but you can find it in Cisco.com website right here:
Software Download
Downloads Home / Routers / Virtual Routers / IOS XRv 9000 Router
Cisco IOS XRv 9000 Router Installation and Configuration Guide
You may need to reach out to your Cisco's Partner or Cisco's Account Team in case of any kind of entitlement issues.
Cheers.

Run show version on your VIRL device. It is probably XRv as well. So, ICMP (the ping test) won't work. You can still run 'show' commands on the XRv PEs and confirm the pseudowire is UP and established.
