are you trying to connecting lacp between the 2 6500s in the vss setup or are you connecting to another switch ?
If its between the 2 6500s in vss the port-channel needs to have switch virtual link set under it
can you post your configs of the ports that your trying to connect

Hi,
What does the port-channel 34 interface connect to? All the links are showing with an I (Individual) flag which is typically because the interface is not receiving LACPDU from the downstream device. You can verify this with the show lacp counters command.
This is normally a configuration error on the downstream device where it's not configured for active link aggregation. For example a Cisco switch with the command channel-group group mode on would give this error.
