We are having authority only on internet LAN network which is 10.40.1.0/22 which is further subnetted to /28 to accommodate about 250 hosts from 10.40.0.3 to 10.40.1.253and having core and distribution L3 switches and L2 access switches in the range from 10 .40.0.3 to 50.and all this setup is in static IP addressing and  connected to proxy server 10.40.0.2   which is not in  our control.8 vlans created like vlan 2 10.40.0.126 255.255.255.192

Vlan 3 10.40.0.190 255.255.255.192

Vlan 4  as 10.40.0.253 255.255.255.192....and so on upto vlan 8.

Now this setup has to be connected to new SD WAN setup 10.40.0.1 (physically)and new proxy172.20.31.51 ,both are not in our control. New internet LAN setup use existing LAN will be like the same old network 10.40.1.0/22 but will be configured in  DHCP(DHCP server also not in our control) and 10.40.0.2 to 100 will be reserved for static IP addressing.once it completed old proxy 10.40.0.2  will be removed  now  I don't want to distrub existing lan setup and don't want to goto to each switch manually configure to setup and join the new network.how to do that. New Proxy settings in each PC will be configured by the users manually.VTP is also configured in these switches. I am having one new L2  switch 9260 seres for any help.

Thank you

If the end device getting IP address from DHCP, you can setup DHCP Options for Proxy setting or use WPAD config for the client to get Proxy config.

Since your new network going to be /22 network one flat subnet for all your users, (once that is setup done) just setup a Layer 2 VLAN in the switch with basic config push via automation.

I don't want to distrub existing lan setup and don't want to goto to each switch manually configure to setup and join the new network - how many switches - are they located in same Campus?

Thank you for help. There are total 35 L2 and 3 L3switches  in the campus.since the new setup is of /22 and old setup has /26 subnet with 8 vlans when I tried to create new vlan with 9 and when defining new vlan it is saying vlan overlap as the existing vlan subnetted already.i simply created vlan without defining then internet is coming.but I am unable to reach existing switches with the client pc which is working fine with dhcp

Why not use same VLAN and change subnet fist instance and seconda instance new gateway.

is the same IP address you can still connecting to device using same IP address range.

if you want to change the VLAN, then you need test on 1 device with EEM Script delete interface and add new interface and routing (this need to be test 1 or 2 device before you roleout mass level)
