Latency issue in Local LAN

Hi,

I am facing latency issue in my local lan from last 2 days .

when i am trying to ping from system to VLAN  ip ( Default Gateway ) there is more latency arround 150ms.

Can any body help on this .

Check CPU Usage.

Chec Physical Connectivity.

Check Port Speed and Duplex Settings

Check Spanning Tree

It is not happening continiusaly ..

Today was etting 140 Ms from my system ...
