I m looking for the latest cisco visio sencitil wich includes the 2900 and 3900 routers along with the sup based VSS

The latest versions are Routers-Cisco 2900 and Routers-Cisco 3900 on the Cisco Visio download page:

Sorry, but I don't know what "VSS in LAN, Switching, and Routing" refers to.  Perhaps you are looking for the logical Visio icons?  Those are also listed on that download page.
