layer 3 switches not ssh rotary

I have a problem with a vty port layer 3 switches do not just want to telnet ssh accepted how can you solve that?

only IOS images the have K9 in the name support ssh

yes I've just updated the IOS to a later version the latest version I can not download it because you must have suppport
