length 0 on VTY lines not working for ssh sessions ?

I have length 0 on all my VTY lines (0~807); however, everytime I SSH the router I must enter terminal length 0 to avoid the more prompt; why ?

I also have length 0 on CON&AUX lines and is working properly on those ones

What is the device? I remember CatOS would 'reset' the length each time.
