I am looking for the letter of volatility (LOV) for IE-9320-24T4X-E. I need to details on volatile and non-volatile memory and how to clear them for data sanitization purpose, so the "Statement of Policy: Removal of Data on Cisco Equipment" I found in another discussion would not work. I would appreciate it if someone can provide the LOV. Thank you.

Contact the Cisco Account Manager and they will reach out to the IE9k BU for the relevant information.

Thanks Leo.
The IE-9320-24T4X-E was purchased through a third party supplier. So I guess I have to reach out to the supplier to find out who the Cisco Account Manager is? Would it help to call 1-800-462-4726 directly?

I am trying to find the Letter of Volatility (LoV) for the IE-9320-24T4X-E switch, but I have not been able to find anything for the IE-93xx. I am able to find the LoV for Cisco Catalyst 9300 Series. Is IE-9320-24T4X-E part of the Cisco Catalyst 9300 Series? If so, I assume the LoV for Cisco Catalyst 9300 Series would apply to the IE-9320.
Your reply is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Contact the Cisco AM/SE.
I have been made aware that Cisco does not issue Letter of Volatility.
