I want to use a C1000-8P-2G-L switch for my homelab.

Do I need any kind of license or activation to make use of the switchs full functionality?

It does not appear that you need any license for this switch.

I now have two C1000-8P-2G-L in use and can confirm that they don't a license or registration.
