Limit bandwidth using the MAC on 2960

Hi all,

Someone there an example to limit the bandwidth using the MAC address on 2960 ?

I want to limit the bandwidth (IN / OUT) of a server only for Internet flows.

Server1 MAC : 00-1F-F0-5D-5D-6C

Interface WAN MAC : 00-50-56-C0-00-01

Server1----[2960]----[ROUTER]----WAN

The server1 should not use more than 10M internet traffic.

The server1 should not limited on the LAN (100M)
