Can I configure Link aggregation with different distance cable length, please guide.

Link aggregation both cable length different.

One cable lenth 500 meter other cable lenth 2000 meter.

Yes, you can.  The length of the cable and type of the optic has nothing to do with link aggregation protocols like PAGP or LACP.  So long as the interfaces are in the up and up mode the cable length does not matter.
