link aggregation group SG 300

i try to make link aggregation group between Cisco sg300  switch. In these switch between two link first POINT TO POINT LINK and second link fiber optic.

Both link active but when i shut the port of fiber optic then communication has been stop on the other side when point to point link port shut then communication is going on fiber optic is active and working what reason behind their

In order for link aggregation to work correctly, both ports need to have the same speed and duplex.
