I have two SG200-50 switches. They are located on separate floors and linked by one cat 5e cable. If I pulled another cat 5e cable between the cabinets can I configure a LAG or something to achive a 2 MB link?

Yes it needs to be configured at both ends (or it does on Catalyst switches anyway).
If you need help with the setup there is a Small Business Forum where they deal with these switches so you could move this post to there -

Dear Rick,
Yes, u can go with LAG and also it is called Etherchannel. It is a best way to go with this.
Etherchannel configuration guide example is follows:
Note: EtherChannel frame distribution uses a Cisco-proprietary hashing algorithm.

Thank you Chandhuru. Can you tell me if this must be configured on both switches?
Thank you.
