Hi, I have C2960s switches. I have to interconnect the switches through Fiber optic patch panel. Let me know which is the type of the connector used in the SFP ports.

There are a types of connectors that you need to consider:
1. Switch to Fiber Patch Panel
2. Fiber patch panel to Fiber patch panel
However, typically SFPs have LC type connection. With regards to Fiber Patch panel, typically (in my experience) SC type connection is used.
I have attached screenshots of the connectors as well :)

Hi,
Ideally we use duplex (dual-core) SFPs with Top or the rack (TOR) switches but at times we have also used simplex (single-core) SFPs for switch cascading/extention and Patch panels with SC type connectors. You will be needing LC - SC fiber patch cards for drop cables.
