Hello,
I am afraid that trying to learn all commands is a futile exercise - IOS contains literally thousands of commands. It is better to know those you regularly use, rather than try to become a walking encyclopaedia of IOS CLI.
In any case, you should look for following documentation types:
Look for any of these categories on the following product pages.
For IOS, check this link:
For IOS-XE, check this link:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/ios-nx-os-software/ios-xe-3-15s/model.html
For IOS-XR, check this link:
All links above are most relevant for routers. Switches historically tended to have separate IOSes with separate functions and features not commonly described in the links above. Therefore, for switches, I recommend keeping the following links:
Catalyst 2960:
http://cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6406/tsd_products_support_series_home.html
Catalyst 3560:
http://cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps5528/tsd_products_support_series_home.html
Catalyst 3750:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps5023/tsd_products_support_series_home.html
Catalyst 3850:
Catalyst 6500:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps708/tsd_products_support_series_home.html
For now, I believe this is far more than enough...
Best regards,
Peter

You can.get the command guides for each of your software versions on the Cisco websites they will contain the majority of what your devices can do
If you just put in Google Cisco configuration guides it will bring up the main ones like 12.4 or 15 if you click into these you should be able to use left side of page to go back slighty and find your release and guide
