LLQ on Cisco 4900M

We have a 1 Gbps link to a 4900M, over receive one stream of multicast and two streams of TCP traffic on the same port.

Stream1 - multicast

Stream2,3 - TCP

The multicast is capped at 40 Mbps from the source, the TCP bandwidth is capped at 10 Mbps for each stream. Since the link is not saturated, is there any benefit in creating a policy for each stream, and (since we want to minimize the delay for TCP traffic) give the TCP streams higher priority?

Also is LLQ functionality available over Ethernet interface in 4900M?

Any information on this would be helpful.

If traffic is controlled such that your interface won't see congestion, no real advantage to adding any prioritization policy.

Not 100% sure with the 4900M, but it probably supports PQ on one of its hardware interface queues.
