Load balancing by equal cost Static Routes in cisco3750

Hi

I am going to give to static routes with equal cast will it give load balancing? or I need to enable CEF?

You dont need cef but i would enable it , by default it allows per destination load balancing but you should be able to do it without cef , your links , prefix and AD should be equal
