Hi Krishna,

Which traffic you wnat to load balance.
If you want internet traffic to be loadbalance then configure the default routes like below...

0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 Serialinterface_IP
0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 FastEthernet_interface_IP
