is there a way to have firewall load balencers (sidewinder not cisco) connected to two seperate cisco switches but on the same vlan without having to add the static arp or static mac-address in the cisco switches but still be seen from this vlan but also other vlans?

I have seen on other load balancer implementation like stonebeat ( I think it was called) where they use a mac-address to bind the VIP of the teamed NIC and bind it to a layer 2 multicast address. Otherwise, a static arp entry is used on switch like 6K since it will not allow 2 different ports to learn the same unicast mac-address. But that is a server or load-balancer configuration.
