Hello,
I have a question about load-interval command.
I'm using a tool that monitor stats on switch ports.
My question is, does my load-interval value must match my polling interval from my monitoring software or it's not related ?
So, I think the default load-interval is 5 minutes, do my monitoring software polling interval must be set to 5 minutes too ? If it polls stats every 15 min, will I miss some data ?
Thank you !

Hi,
No, they don't have to be the same. The load interval command is for IOS to calculate statistics every 5 minutes by default. Your monitoring software can be set to whatever you want. Two different things.
