So while trying to backup the configuration, I've accidentally downloaded a configuration file to a WLC that was from another WLC device. After realizing what I had done, the WLC rebooted and now I do not have access to the device anymore. What are my options at this point? I am not on-site so I do not have access to CLI or being able to power cylce the device. Would it be as easy as power cycling the device and the old configuration being loaded? What happens to the associated APs? Thanks for your help.

Yes I think you should be able to power cycle the 2504. It will revert to the last saved config.
The APs will obviously loose connection during the reboot, and then reconnect when it comes back up.

I'm suspecting the appliance has loaded the wrong IP Address? What happens if do a "sh cdp neigh" on the nearest switch?
