loader command and cant do anything

hi all,

got a nexus N3K-C31108TCV and when i connect a console cable to it i get a "loader" line

the switch is also noiser than the rest and its blinking SBS/SRS and the management NIC is always on (nothing plugged into it)

do i have to start again, how do you even factory reset it as i see no buttons

ps i can flatten as its a new switch

LOL it was simples

dir

boot {choose the boot filename}

once booted to OS then issue

boot nxos bootflash:{choose the boot filename}

wr or copy run start
