My Catalyst 4507 has started posting the following message in the log file. It occurs for several ports on line cards 2 and 5 with varying speeds of 10, 100, and 1000 kbs. Is this normal or indicate possible issues? Both line cards were recently replaced, but the messages started before they were replaced.

Are you running Auto-QOS?
What if you change the config from Auto-QOS to just manually applying QOS and see if the log message goes away?

Not really sure. sho auto qos lists almost every physical interface with auto qos voip cisco-phone and sho runn | begin int shows physical interfaces with service-policy defined for both input and output. Very few ports connect Cisco VOIP phones, most are student PCs.
To me it may be doing both auto and manual QOS?

The ports involved include the following commands, which may be duplicating or conflicting? I inherited this network and not familiar with the history of the configuration.
auto qos voip cisco-phone
qos trust device cisco-phone
service-policy input AutoQos-VoIP-Input-Cos-Policy
service-policy output AutoQos-VoIP-Output-Policy
