Sep 28 06:04:35.747: vs_virtual_link_command switch virtual link 1
Sep 28 06:04:35.755: vs_virtual_link_command switch virtual link 2
Sep 28 06:04:41.665: vs_virtual_link_command switch virtual link 1
Sep 28 06:04:41.672: vs_virtual_link_command switch virtual link 2
Sep 28 06:04:57.508: vs_virtual_link_command switch virtual link 1
Sep 28 06:04:57.512: vs_virtual_link_command switch virtual link 2
Sep 28 06:07:21.848: vs_virtual_link_command switch virtual link 1
Sep 28 06:07:21.854: vs_virtual_link_command switch virtual link 2
--------
Is it an indication, of the VSS switching active VSL switching, if so why did it do it by itself?
Regards
Michael

Hi,
When this happens, can you get the output of "show switch virtual link" a few times and see if the virtual control link switches between the 2 interfaces?

just some generic info:
Chassis Type : WS-C4506-E
WS-X45-SUP8-E 15.1(1r)SG5 03.06.03.E
VSL links 1/1/7,1/1/8 - 2/1/7/,2/1/8
The VSL control link seems to be stable, but it's hard to run the command at the right time, when it's "flapping". Any possible debug? Troubleshooting VSS/VSL is new to me.
