log switch telnet success / failure message to syslog server

Hi,

We have a Catalyst 6509 with SUPII ( IOS version is 122-18 SXF17 ). We hope to log switch telnet success / failure message to syslog server. There are some IOS command provide the function I need ( login on-failure log, login on-success log ... ), but my Catalyst 6509 not support these command. Can you please advise me how to log my Catalyst 6509 telnet success / failure message to syslog server?

You need to upgrade your supervisor to Sup32 or Sup720 and install 12.2(33)SXH or later.

The feature you are after is not available on the hardware that you have.
