loss packet in SCP Catalyst 6000

We are experiencing some loss packet problems with one of our boxes, a switch Cisco Catalyst 6000. Should be the multilayer's scp the reason?.

I think your interface buffers significantly smaller than the 1 Mb shared buffer, there can potentially be more packet loss on the individual ports.
