Hello All,
I am in a fix here. Just got to work and found most users cannot connect to the internet and on checking the router via Telnet it threw me pout with the error message connection failed . Port 23 cannot be accessed. I logged in via console and then got the low memory.
Users can hardly work and I want to get this fixed and everything seems not to work again.
I will appreciate any assistance to get out of this since there is no backup router to use at this time.

Collect a "show proc mem sorted" and reload it to free the stuck memory.

Thanks Norbert . Please the show "proc Mem sorted' is it a command I need to run on the router and then reload by typing reload ???.
I saw an article someone commented that we should use the default command below

Is it also correct to run this on my production router ? or just follow the instruction you have stated in your response

We need to investigate what is eating the memory. You can check what Joseph suggested.
You can run the commands "show proc mem sorted", "show arp", "show run" in the router grab the outputs and attach here. We will take a look before reloading it.

Please edit your post and remove the public IPs, from the show arp table.

If you reload it the issue appears again immediately or take some time to reappear?
Can you send show ip nat statistics?

A common issue, when routing to the internet, is using a default route to the interface rather than a default route to the next hop (on that interface). The former will "eat" memory from its ARP table, the latter will not. Something you might want to check.
