Hello guys,
Recently i have lost remote connections to one of my access 9300 switch, i cannot SSH it, when I consoled to the switch it didn't allow or prompt me to put the user name and password, it showed lots of error regarding the memory low.
I am thinking to reboot the device which it might sort the problem but before I do that, i was hoping to get more info before, I am worried that the switch might not come back up after the reboot.
any suggestion I appreciated.
The switch model and error are below.
Cisco Catalyst 9300 Series Switches
Software Image: 16.9
from the DNA I can see this error, Partial Collection Failure (Connection Error)
Note the switch manged through DNA.

Hello,
a reboot will probably help, what is the uptime of the switch ?
Also, do you have device tracking enabled on one or more interfaces ? I found the bug below for version 16.9., it doesn't really look related though...
