Lync 2013 QoS

I have just installed a Lync 2013 server. I have put the QoS setting on there but I am not sure how to get these values on the switches that I have. I have 2 Catalyst 3560X and the reset are either SG300-28P or SG500-52P. I had some QoS settings on there before and they were causing me some issues so I removed them. Is there a Knowledge Base Article on how to implement this?

Lync marks traffic at the source using standard markings, we set all our switches to mls qos trust dscp on the uplinks and phone interfaces tested it with wireshark and we were getting the correct qos marking for voice and video , dont have an article on Lync but you can test it with wireshark or by using a ping with the tos set and then check the qos counters. We also ran test calls from laptops with webcams across lync for video calls and ran Lync calls from client to client and  span the Lync server ports and uplink ports to make sure the markings were correct, you want to be seeing EF for voice and AF41 for video in the packets
