If a mac address is bind to a switch port through port security and computer with that mac address is plugged to another port of the same switch where no port security is defined, will switch allow it to get on network? Thanks.

Hello,
If the MAC is attached to a port as secure mac address, then if you connect the same PC to another port, switch will not register that MAC address in the MAC address table (for the new port). So, the PC will not be able to communicate with anybody until the MAC address times out in the secure MAC address list.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
NT
