MACsec and EoMPLS

Hello

I have the intension to secure EoMPLS connetions with MACsec. MACsec encrypt the 802.1q header. But this information is necessary for the provider.

I think 802.1Q tunneling can help by this problem. Does anyone have experience with MACsec and EoMPLS? What is possible with MACsec and EoMPLS?

I'm not sure that MACsec is done to secure the MPLS connection.

MACsec can secure the client signal of MAC.

The provider can aggregate MACsec frames in a S-VLAN frame, as any non tagged frame. It depends on the SLA.
