I want to configure components in packet tracer to be accessible from my host OS, because I'm working with a couple of utilities to update switch configurations via SSH in an automated fashion. The safest way to test these is definitely in a virtual environment, like packet tracer.
The instructor in my CCNA class a few years ago showed us how to get to the internet with packet tracer, so I am pretty sure this lesser feat is possible.
Can anyone out there help with this?
