Making a trunk port between 2960x

There is a link that is configured on cisco 2960x as access port + voice vlan (data 100 and voice 44) that goes into this dumb switch where users connect.I wanted to replace that switch with another 2960x but when try to connect this two switches together link is down.

This is a ethernet link that goes from port 15 to this port 1.I wanted to make it trunk so there could be more than one vlan on this switch.

I have tried access + access it goes down beacuse of spanning , no configuration on both switches again goes down

trunk + trunk it's green for barly 0.5 sec then it goes down .And whats interesting link is up when connected to dumb switch...

Any possible explanation?

Form both SW share 

Show vlan breif 

Show interface trunk 

Show switchport interface <link between two SW>

Did all that and what it's more interesting is that when i go

show interface gig1/0/1 it's says notconnected and it's showing some input errors along side CRCs not many but around 30(thats from before when it's connected to dumb switch)
