How can we clear the couters of a particular interface?
How can we clear the counters of all interface with a single command?
Is it wise to clear the counters daily ?
Any relevent information on Error/Drop Counters Management, Welcome

There is no need to clear the counter daily if your device is working correctly.

"clear counters" in privilege exec mode (device#) will globally clear all the interfaces. The "?" is you friend when it comes to Cisco commands. If you do a "clear counters ?" it will give you interface options such as FastEthernet, GigabitEthernet, Vlan, etc. The only time i clear counters on my devices is when i am troubleshooting problems. If i find an interface that is producing CRC errors, i clear counters to troubleshoot the cause. Here's a good command to check on dropped packets.
