Managment Port vs Routed Port

Would a routed port (no switchport) do the same as the Managment port on a 3560 or 3750 in terms of security? , will the traffic to that interface be isolated from VLANs traffic on the switch.

Management ports are the same as any access port, it will be isolated in a special vlan, the only difference is management ports are only being used for management purposes and you can't use them as normal ports
So yes you can use a routed port and also a switched port assigned to a management vlan if you want to keep it isolated
