Meraki MS225 phone home!

The Meraki 225 obtained an IP address and I can see its arp entry on the Internet facing Cisco router. The MAC in the arp table maches the mac in the Meraki cloud UI but it's not registering. I see NAT translations to the InternetAlso show cdp neighbor does not show the Meraki neighbor. Can anyone recommend some troubleshooting steps? I've tried to ssh from router to the Meraki using admin/serial number and serial number/blank and that fails. Perhaps that only works going directly to the management port?

I am not aware of anything that can be reached by SSH. But you can troubleshoot it the following way:

1. Connect to one of the LAN-ports. You should get an IP address assigned from the switch.
2. Access the local status page by http.
3. check the status of the internet-connection and cloud connection.

It can take some time until the device gets updated and shows up in the dashboard.
