Go to Switch > Monitor > Switches in the Meraki Dashboard, select the desired Switch (This will open the switch details page), and then view the RSTP root information.

I am not a Cisco employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

ok. So by default the meraki switch priority value will be 32768 ?

That is correct and can be located on the same page Switching > switch settings.

Just to add more, you can change the priority value under Switching > Switch settings.
